To avoid uncomfortable glare from the central beam that often characterizes rival products, Verbatim’s Indirect Downlight features a unique design that mimics the lighting effect of a traditional halogen lamp by directing the light emitted into the reflector. The elegant Indirect downlight produces a low unified glare rating of <16.6, which is better than the UGR<19 standard (EN 12464-1). The luminaire also incorporates a unique Mitsubishi Chemical-designed bell-shaped heatsink which provides excellent thermal management by encouraging the heat to dissipate more quickly, justifying its long lifetime of 70,000 hours (L80B10) and extended warranty of five years. The white housing (RAL9003) ensures discreet integration in ceilings. Also available with DALI option.

Application

A direct replacement for downlights incorporating compact fluorescent lamps. Ideal for general lighting in working areas such as offices or reception areas, but also corridors, foyers, hotels or restaurants and also for spotlighting such as shop and retail.
